Dry type cast resin power transformer

With the advanced technology brought from international, we developed padding thin-insulation dry type distribution transformer whose winding is sealed up with epoxy, therefore the resin insulating dry type transformer is flame-retardant, explosion-proof, free from maintenance and pollution and it is compacted and can go deep into load center. Meanwhile, it with scientific and reasonable design and coating craftwork, to be have advantages of low partial discharge capacity low noise, good heat dispersion and it can run over a long time with 140% rated load in the circumstance of cold wind. It applies intelligent controller and has the functions that it will alarm when these is fault or the temperature is exceeded and switch off as well as the function of "black box". It can be monitored and controlled by connecting with the computer through RS485 serial interface.

Features:

1. The dry-type transformer is mainly composed of an iron core composed of silicon steel sheets and a coil cast with epoxy resin.
 
2. The high-voltage coil is a segmented layered structure, and the low-voltage coil is wound on an automatic foil winding machine with high-quality foil conductors.  The prepreg DMD is used as interlayer insulation, which has good moisture resistance and strong resistance to sudden short circuits.
 
3. After the completed coil is fully dried, it adopts the mirror surface self-leveling vacuum casting process controlled automatically by the computer, which has good overall rigidity, high mechanical strength, and strong ability to resist sudden short circuits.
 
4. The iron core material is processed by the automatic vertical and horizontal shearing production line, and the lamination adopts a new stepped five-step full oblique seam process.

A. For servo type stabilizer,we have two types, one 100% copper and the other is copper with aluminum.It depends on your require.     In fact,those two have no difference if normal work well. Only except the longlife. Copper is better and also higer price.For relay type stabilizer,we use toroid coils, the material is aluminum. comparing with square coils,toriod coils with high efficiency.
